Can't wait to get working towards your brand new Vacation Home? We’ve put together this FAQ to help you get started.

 

How do I get going?

Click the new ‘Locations’ button that appears to the left of the ‘Inspiration bar’.

 

What do I need to get a Vacation Home?

To be applicable to purchase a vacation home you will need to have completed the following steps:

  • Your Sim will need to be Level 10 or above
  • You will need a house value above 33k

 

I’ve completed those steps, what do I do now?

Click the ‘Locations’ button once again and then click the ‘For Sale’ property on the map.  You will now be prompted to fulfil the second part of the deal:

  • Have 12,000 simoleons
  • Have 5 Certificates
  • Have 10 Contracts

 

Can I pay for Certificates and Contracts?

You can use SimCash to purchase the required Certificates and Contracts to make the process faster, but with a little help from your friends, no SimCash is required.

 

Applications takes time!

As you can imagine, land is very sought after in Littlehaven Shores. There are millions of applications to approve.  You will need to wait 24 hours before your application can be processed.

 

Your application has been approved!

Can I buy new items and use them in my Vacation home and my Littlehaven home?

Yes, once you purchase an item it can be used in both locations. No shipping fee is required!
